- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Pharmacist license in the United States
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmacy law
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Experience in compounding pharmacy
- Clinical or hospital pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with EHR and pharmacy management systems
- Board certification (BCPS, BCGP, etc.)
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Accurately dispense prescription medications
- Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and safety
- Counsel patients on medication use and side effects
- Monitor for drug interactions and contraindications
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care plans
- Manage medication inventory and documentation
- Support emergency medication needs when required
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
