Base Salary is $115K to $135K; Including Paid OT (if worked)

Solidly established Global Hedge Fund is looking for a proactive, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented experienced executive/administrative support professional to join its organization as an Executive Assistant supporting a variety of Senior Executives at the Firm. You will play a key collaborative role in keeping business initiatives organized and on track.
We work in a hybrid model where you are in the office Tuesday through Thursday with the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- At least Six (6) years of Relevant Experience required.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion is a must.
- Able to thrive in fast-paced work environment(s).
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook).
- Able to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.
RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex schedules, coordinating and executing detail-sensitive meetings, planning intricate travel itineraries, liaising with internal business units and external parties, and offering support for key projects. You will work closely with the EA Team’s Leadership and EA Managers, learning principal preferences and team dynamics before taking on coverage assignments as they arise.
Salary : $115,000 - $135,000
