Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for senior marketing executives
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and cross-functional projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders
- Support special projects and marketing initiatives as needed
- Serve as a trusted partner to the marketing team, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in finance, large marketing/PR agencies, or comparable
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
