Duties

- Manage project teams by supervising team members, assigning tasks, and providing mentorship to foster a high-performance environment.
- Communicate project status updates effectively.
- Oversee vendor management activities, including contract negotiations and performance evaluations.
- Implement change management strategies to adapt project plans in response to evolving business needs or unforeseen challenges.
