- Utilize CRM tools such as Rooflink to track sales activities, analyze data, and optimize sales pipelines

- Proven experience in outside sales and D2D sales environments with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
