We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. This role will support executive leadership with clear financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and ensure ASC’s financial operations align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and experienced in scaling financial processes for a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial projections
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Provide variance analysis and reporting to management
Financial Reporting
- Prepare accurate financial statements, dashboards, and management reports
- Consolidate financial data and present insights to leadership
- Ensure consistency and integrity across financial reports
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity
- Oversee banking relationships and optimize cash management processes
- Support decisions regarding credit, risk, and capital allocation
Compliance & Internal Controls
- Strengthen internal controls across financial processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Support internal and external audits
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain to align financial goals
- Provide financial guidance for pricing, purchasing, and cost decisions
- Support strategic initiatives and new business evaluations
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- MBA or CPA/CMA preferred
Experience
- 5–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting
- Distribution or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and BI tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance principles
