Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support our accounting department by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining financial data. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate, energetic, and eager to grow in an accounting and operations environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and send invoices, track payments, and ensure timely supplier payments (100 per day)
- Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and compliance to company policies
- Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve errors quickly
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable data entry and processing
- Generate financial reports and spreadsheets as needed
- Review and process expense reports and receipts for accuracy
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and personal data
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Perform other administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance is a plus)
- Experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Comfort with computers and learning accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical skills and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
