Our Client is seeking a Member Communications Manager to manage the development, review, and approval of plan-related communications required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). This role will work closely with internal partners to ensure all communications meet client requirements, compliance standards, and CMS timelines.

You Will:
- Manage client requirements and oversee the development of member communications within a defined scope.
- Oversee the review and overall timelines for an assigned portfolio of clients.
- Prioritize and maintain project schedules to track status, timing, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure all communication content meets CMS, client, and internal requirements.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to provide document releases, mail package contents, and production specifications.
- Complete all required production forms and matrices to ensure flawless execution of communications and mailings.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with HS/GED plus 5–7 years relevant background.
- 3–7 years of communication and program management experience.
- Experience working directly with clients in a professional setting.
- Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus, though not required.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to work across web-based tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timeframes with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to follow documented processes while adapting to a dynamic business environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP through January 2026
- Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
- Onsite/Offsite: Remote working roughly ET or CT hours (*Must be based in the US)

- Salary/Rate: $30-35/Hour DOE
