Our Client is seeking an Industrial Designer to support retail and branded environment projects with expertise in Rhino, metal fabrication, and 3D design. This role will focus on creating high-impact visual and structural solutions for retail displays, store fixtures, and branded installations that bring concepts to life from sketch to production.

You Will:
- Develop innovative retail and branded environment designs from concept through production-ready specifications
- Model and render 3D concepts using Rhino and other design tools to effectively communicate design intent
- Design with a strong focus on metal and mixed-material fabrication for retail fixtures and displays
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and fabricators, to ensure feasibility and alignment with client goals
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, renderings, and presentations to support approvals and production handoff
- Balance creativity with practicality to deliver solutions that are visually compelling, structurally sound, and cost-effective
- Proficiency in Rhino and experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and previsualization techniques
- Strong background in industrial design with emphasis on retail displays, store fixtures, and branded environments
- Knowledge of metalworking processes, materials, and production considerations for fabrication
- Ability to create detailed technical drawings and production-ready documentation
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to move projects from concept to execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- A portfolio demonstrating innovative retail fixture or branded environment design solutions
- Start Date/Duration: Starting ASAP
- Hours/Week: 40 Hours/Week
- Onsite/Offsite: Based in Central Indiana for hybrid or at least occasional visits to Indianapolis
- Laptop/Software Requirements: Client-Provided Laptop & Software
- Salary/Rate: $45-$50/Hour DOE
