Custom Architectural Millwork Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Custom Architectural Millwork Fabricator to join our team in Spanish Fork, Utah. This role involves building custom woodwork components from shop drawings, operating woodworking machinery, and ensuring high-quality finishes and assembly. Ability to pay close attention to detail and a desire for best practices and improved processes. This will also require a strong ability to work with a team to prepare jobs and collaborate with the manufacturing team to achieve maximum efficiency and the best quality possible.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Read and interpret architectural drawings and shop plans
• Fabricate custom millwork, including cabinetry, paneling, fixtures, and trim
• Operate woodworking equipment such as CNC machines, table saws, routers, and edge banders
• Perform precise joinery and assembly
• Sand, prep, and assist with finishing as needed
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in custom millwork, cabinetry, or woodworking
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Experience with woodworking tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Demands (Must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Repeat the same movements.
• Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
