Job Title: Millwork Installer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwork Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation of custom millwork, including cabinetry, trim, and molding, and possess a keen eye for detail. The Millwork Installer will play a crucial role in the successful completion commercial projects, by ensuring high-quality craftsmanship that meets our company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install cabinetry, moldings, trim, and other custom millwork components according to project plans and specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.

- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.

- Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Millwork Installer.

- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting, bending, and working at various heights.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with commercial millwork projects.

- Familiarity with modern woodworking technology and equipment.
