Job Title: Card Stock Printing Machine Operator (Konica Minolta)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain high-volume digital printing equipment (such as Konica Minolta) to produce high-quality card stock materials. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for quality, basic technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor digital printing machines to produce card stock products according to job specifications
- Set up print jobs, including loading paper/card stock, adjusting settings, and calibrating color and alignment
- Inspect printed materials to ensure quality standards are met (color accuracy, alignment, consistency)
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of printing equipment
- Manage print queues and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, materials used, and machine performance
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure job accuracy and efficiency
- Cross-train on additional equipment and assist in other production areas as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating digital printing equipment preferred (Konica Minolta or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic mechanical and computer skills
- Ability to lift materials (up to 30–50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of print production workflows and file preparation
- Experience with color management and finishing processes (cutting, laminating, binding)
Work Environment: Production/print shop setting with moderate to high noise levels and fast-paced workflow.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay:$13.00 – $17.00 per hour (based on experience)
Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
