Must-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting HRIS/payroll operations in complex, multi-system environments
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, system integrations, and data across HR platforms
- Ability to support large workforces and manage complex payroll requirements.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting union populations, union payroll requirements, or large multi-union workforces
- Workday experience, particularly Workday-to-Dayforce integrations.
