Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of experience in Project Management, leading and delivering IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong background managing projects within healthcare insurance or healthcare IT
- Proven experience in project planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience driving CAPA effectiveness and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with GMP quality systems, compliance documentation, and manufacturing
