Must-Have Skills:
- Experience managing technical projects, coordinating multiple technical SMEs, and providing technical evaluations across site operations
- Experience supporting startup, commissioning, validation, and integration of critical utilities including WFI, Clean Steam, Purified Water (PW), HVAC, and Clean Rooms
- Experience developing change-control strategies for testing and release of critical utility systems while maintaining ongoing site operations.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience integrating new utility systems into existing site operations.
