Production Welder- 1st Shift

Position: Weld Fabricator
Schedule: MondayThursday, 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $20$25/hour (based on experience and weld test)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Weld Fabricator to support production by delivering high-quality welding and fabrication work. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency, precision, and overall product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum (TIG experience a Plus)

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders

• Set up, fit, and weld components to required specifications

• Operate welding equipment and robotic weld cells

• Grind and finish welds to prepare parts for painting

• Inspect finished products and complete job documentation

• Monitor materials and processes to prevent defects or distortion

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG welding preferred

• Ability to pass a hands-on weld test and written assessment

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various shop areas
