Our client is a private real estate development and management firm with $10 billion in AUM. The firm develops commercial, residential, and retail spaces throughout the country.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review construction draws
- Coordinate the preparation of development cost reports
- Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of change order and budget transfers
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the monitoring of third party cash transactions
- Assist with special development projects including preparing ad hoc reports, improving, and maintaining job cost software
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate or construction accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi a plus
