Investor Relations Coordinator

About The Company

Our client is a global asset management firm operating a multi-strategy platform that includes fundamental equities, systematic and quantitative strategies, and macro investing. The firm supports a large network of portfolio managers and investment teams through centralized risk management, technology, and operational infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule monthly and quarterly investor update meetings including managing calendars, booking conference rooms, and organizing meeting logistics
• Assist with the planning and execution of investor onsite visits including meeting room setup, catering orders, and coordination with internal teams
• Take notes during investor meetings, enter summaries into the investor relationship database, and flag follow up items for the team
• Draft the team’s weekly recap and coordinate follow up items with investors and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate investor and prospective investor contact records
• Partner with associates to update and distribute approved investor‑facing materials and statistics
• Support administration of the investor data portal
• Book travel and submit team expenses
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks to support the team’s day-to-day operations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4-6 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong process and project management skills
• Experience interacting with clients
• Experience with IR databases
• Experience booking travel
  
  

Salary Range

$110,000-$125,000
