Responsibilities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Perform financial statement analytics
- Consolidate all legal entities on a US GAAP basis
- Assist with Form 10-K/10-Q and quarterly earnings releases
- Research accounting standards to ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements
- Review financial footnotes
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3-6 years of SEC reporting experience, technical accounting, and/or financial statement audits
- Technical understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting rules and regulations
- Big 4 public accounting experience required
- Experience with Workday Financials a plus
