It streamlines complex processes such as onboarding, reporting, and compliance through a centralized, tech-enabled solution. The Fund Accounting Associate will be exposed to fund launches, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support operations, fund accounting, and investor reporting for tender offer and interval funds in partnership with administrators
- Assist with new fund launches, onboarding processes, and process improvement/automation initiatives
- Monitor cash activity, reconciliations, liquidity, and expenses
- Coordinate with service providers including auditors, tax advisors, and custodians
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the firm
- Maintain policies and assist with regulatory filings and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-4 years of public accounting, fund accounting, fund administration, or finance operations experience
- Exposure to alternative investments preferred
- Private equity or private credit experience a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Audit framework exposure preferred
- CPA preferred
