Our client is a global alternative asset manager with $125 billion in AUM with investment strategies in real assets and private equity. The firm operates in Asian markets, the US, Brazil, and Europe.
Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close procedures including financial statement preparation and cash reconciliations, income/expense accruals, inter-company transactions, and analytical reviews
- Assist with payment tracking and review invoice coding for corporate journal entries
- Assist fund accountants to ensure alignment with recording quarterly fees
- Record expense allocations using shared service agreements
- Assist with preparing department budget analysis
- Record quarterly compensation entries
- Assist with cash management
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or with a mix of public/private accounting
- Proficient in Yardi and Excel
- CPA preferred
