The Senior Applications Administrator will focus on the NetSuite administration and maintenance including security, user roles, interfaces, and workflow in addition to operational support of other corporate applications as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support users at all levels by delivering critical enhancements, supporting upgrades, and integrations
- Partner with the accounting team in the design and implementation of controls and processes in NetSuite to facilitate timely and accurate financial reporting
- Deliver automation of manual accounting processes and integrations with new software systems
- Provide NetSuite production support including any needed data conversions, system documentation, and end-user training
- Create and manage workflows for finance and accounting processes
- Gather requirements to design and deploy custom fields and workflow to support additional NetSuite and Salesforce functionality
- Create custom reporting for management, finance, and accounting staff
- Maintain the NetSuite integrations with Celigo, JPM, and Salesforce
- Support the NetSuite and Salesforce user base
- Own change management for releases, upgrades, and process improvements
- Support Help Desk operations with an emphasis on SharePoint administration
- Manage Data Warehouse and BI platform
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or information systems
- 5 years of NetSuite ERP administrative experience
- 5 Salesforce CRM administrative experience
- 2 years of Business Intelligence development or administrative experience
- Experience with SharePoint administration
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
- Project management experience
- BI Platform administration
- Experience with the collection, analysis and visualization of data to support business operations
