Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a company-wide software strategy that supports growth, efficiency, and innovation within the civil and utility construction sectors
- Partner with executive leadership to align technology investments with business priorities
- Lead initiatives to improve business intelligence, reporting, and data governance
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of CMiC modules
- Direct CMiC upgrades, module rollouts, and user training programs
- Manage CMiC integrations with external applications
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required
- 10-15 years of software leadership experience in the construction or engineering industry
- Hands-on CMiC ERP experience required
- At-Risk construction management experience
- Proven success managing enterprise systems, cloud technologies, and integrations
- Familiarity with construction workflows
- Expert-level knowledge of CMiC ERP modules and data structure
