Our client is a first-class consumer services company providing full-service concierge services to Fortune 500 companies and high-net-worth individuals with multiple locations across the US.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and prepare financial statements and the general ledger
- Oversee and prepare the day-to-day accounting functions including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, international consolidations, payroll, and monthly financial reporting
- Manage the month-end and quarter-end close process
- Oversee all cash management activities and monthly bank reconciliation processes
- Ensure the timely preparation of GAAP-compliant audited financial statements
- Oversee year-end audit related activity, prepare audit schedules, and provide audit support to external auditors
- Manage internal and external financial reporting, including preparing reports and presentations for the company’s board of directors
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
- CPA a plus
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Strong analytical skills with financial and operational acumen
