Pay: $70,000 to $72,000/year

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 9:00pm to 6:00am

Logic Staffing is seeking a Talent Engagement Manager to join our team!

Job Description

• Support and manage associate engagement and day-to-day workforce needs.
• Provide customer service support to associates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and shift coordination.
• Address associate questions, concerns, and basic issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce activity.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth shift operations.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Prior customer service or people-facing experience.
• Basic management or team coordination experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site during assigned evening shifts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
