Position: Operations Lead

Location: Fresno, CA

Pay: $70k to 85k/year Commission

Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience working in a KPI driven environment

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 10:00am to 7:00pm

Array Corporation is seeking an Operations Lead to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Oversee daily onsite operations and support employee performance at the client location
• Assist with team scheduling, attendance tracking, and coverage planning
• Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of onsite team members
• Review operational data and reports to identify trends and improve efficiency
  
  

Position Requirements

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Experience working in a warehouse or rental car environment is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership capability with accountability for team performance
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
• Action-oriented mindset with the ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Professional communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to adapt quickly, learn internal systems, and work collaboratively on-site
