Job Description
- Support and manage associate engagement and day-to-day workforce needs.
- Provide customer service support to associates and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and shift coordination.
- Address associate questions, concerns, and basic issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workforce activity.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth shift operations.
Position Requirements
- Prior customer service or people-facing experience.
- Basic management or team coordination experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on-site during assigned evening shifts.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
