Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to help transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions. You will work closely with the Arrowhead Intermediaries Data Leadership team and cross-functional partners to support data initiatives, uncover trends, and contribute to building a strong data-driven culture

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights
• Translate business needs into data analysis and clearly communicate findings
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on key initiatives
• Support data quality efforts, documentation, and ad hoc analysis
• Identify data gaps and suggest improvements
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8-10 years Proven experience working in a Data Analyst or similar role
• Strong SQL skills
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience with Python, R, or Databricks
• Knowledge of data modelling concepts
• Experience in Insurance domain recommended
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum
