Position: CNA / T-CNA
Job Type: 12 Weeks Contract (36 hrs weekly guaranteed)
Locations: Wayne, PA
Shifts: 07 AM to 03 PM
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Pay Range: $19/hr to $21/hr. (based on distance)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on patient care under nursing supervision
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting)
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support nurses with patient monitoring
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Complete charting and documentation accurately
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a CNA or home health aid, or new grad accepted
- CNA License from PA
- CPR or BLS certification
