Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Windsor El Camino Care – Hemet, CA 92544
Facility: Powerback Contracts
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay Range: $55 – $65 per hour (Overtime paid at 1.5x rate)
Days: Sunday through Saturday (Flexible scheduling available)

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance patient strength and mobility.
- Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to coordinate and evaluate treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and state standards.
- Educate patients and families on home exercises, recovery strategies, and safety awareness.
- Active California Physical Therapist License (required).
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
