Our client located in Des Plaines, IL is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to join their team:
Description:
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 150 employees using Paycor
- Communicate with management on best practices and employee relations
- Manage the onboarding process for internal employees and temporary employees
- Maintain compliance with benefits, compensation and federal and state laws
Requirements:
- 3 years of progressive HR experience, including payroll processing
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations
This position is onsite. Salary up to $90K DOE Excellent benefits! Medical, dental, vision, Life, STD, LTD
