Our client located in Lombard, IL is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Will run full cycle, multi-site payroll for 650 U.S. employees
- Oversee ADP payroll system administration including upgrades and troubleshooting
- Serve as a payroll SME on process improvement, M&A activities and compliance
- Provide direction and guidance to a payroll specialist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, with 5 years of progressive payroll experience
- Previous experience with ADP WFN desired
- CPP a plus
Salary: $100K - $120K DOE
This role is Hybrid – 3 days onsite and Thursday and Friday work from home
