Our client located in Cicero, IL is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations for their wood restoration business, serving both residential and commercial clients. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, strong financial performance, high-quality service delivery, and effective team leadership.
Description:
- Oversee and manage all day-to-day business operations
- Plan, direct, and evaluate operational processes to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Develop, monitor, and forecast budgets to achieve financial objectives
- Address customer concerns and maintain strong client relationships and service agreements
- Implement and uphold quality control and safety programs
- Lead, manage, and coach field team members to ensure high performance and accountability
- Monitor overall business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of operations and management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
- Previous experience with a CRM or ERP system required
- Background in running a small business or franchise strongly preferred
- Experience working with residential and/or commercial clients
This position is onsite, Salary up to $125K DOE. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K benefits available
