This role requires someone who is highly proactive, result-oriented, sharp in identifying risks early, and capable of driving alignment across multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and leadership groups.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, dependency maps, status reports, executive dashboards, and action trackers to ensure complete delivery visibility.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, blockers, and decision points early, and drive timely mitigation, escalation, and resolution before they impact project outcomes.
- Manage multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, vendors, and leadership teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Drive project governance through regular status reviews, steering committee updates, risk reviews, leadership briefings, and structured follow-ups with clear owners and due dates.
- Bring a strong sense of ownership and urgency to delivery by tracking commitments, removing roadblocks, challenging delays, and ensuring teams remain focused on outcomes.
- Manage complex projects with multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and high visibility, while ensuring delivery remains aligned to business objectives and measurable results.
- Create crisp, executive-ready communication materials that clearly summarize progress, risks, dependencies, decisions needed, and recommended next steps.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage deliverables, timelines, dependencies, quality expectations, and overall execution discipline.
- Manage scope changes through a structured change control process, clearly assessing impact to timeline, resources, budget, dependencies, and business outcomes.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, current, and audit-ready, including project charters, project plans, meeting notes, decision logs, RAID logs, change requests, and closure reports.
- Drive post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, governance, stakeholder communication, and execution efficiency.
Required Experience
- 10 years of project management experience, preferably managing large-scale, complex enterprise projects.
- Strong experience in structured project delivery, project planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and delivery execution.
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams, vendors, senior stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and business-critical milestones.
- Strong hands-on experience creating and managing project plans, RAID logs, milestone plans, dependency trackers, status reports, steering committee decks, and executive dashboards.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
- Highly proactive and result-oriented, with the ability to anticipate problems, bring clarity to ambiguity, and drive teams toward timely decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and provide concise, fact-based project updates.
- Ability to operate independently, take ownership of complex delivery situations, and create structure where processes or ownership may be unclear.
- Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
