The Role
Lead the daily operations of a fast-paced ABA clinic, ensuring a smooth experience for families, clients, and teammates. You will manage scheduling, oversee office operations, and partner with clinical leadership to keep the center running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client and staff schedules for optimal efficiency
- Oversee daily clinic operations and team coordination
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families and new client intake
- Support onboarding and team engagement
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company standards
- Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence
What You Bring
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in scheduling, operations, or office management (healthcare or ABA preferred)
- RBT certification (If you are not currently an RBT, we will help you get certified.)
