The Role: Recruiter - Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
Location: South Tucson, AZ (4 days per week) and West Tucson, Arizona (1 day per week)
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE
Bonus Opportunity: Monthly performance-based bonus

Who We Are Looking For:
Arizona Autism is seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to support our growing Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) division. This is a high-volume recruiting role requiring the ability to conduct 60 interviews per month while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people, creating opportunities, and representing our organization with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role includes monthly performance-based bonus opportunities, with established interview, hiring, and recruiting goals designed to reward high performers.
What You Have:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous recruitment experience is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of ATS systems and their process
- Ability to source, screen, schedule interviews, and facilitate face-to-face and virtual interviews
- Knowledge of posting jobs on really and other recruiting platforms
- Driven, self-motivated, and ability to work collaboratively with your team
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Customer service focused

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between office locations

Education:
- Associate degree or higher, or equivalent professional work experience
