About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Contractor) to join our Customer Marketing – Accountant Channel team. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing customer growth campaigns and field marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy multi-channel customer campaigns (must have strong email marketing experience) to drive product adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Execute field event marketing strategies and coordinate closely with the customer Sales and Events teams.
- Manage campaign logistics across copy, design, landing pages, lead flows, and routing.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure accuracy of lead routing, attribution, and overall lead management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Assist with budgeting, goal setting, ROI tracking, and campaign strategy.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
- 5–7 years' experience managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns & customer communications.
- Hands-on experience with email campaigns, promotions, and marketing operations.
- 1–2 years of experience (or strong knowledge) in field marketing.
- Proven analytical & quantitative abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across multiple teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Local to the San Jose, CA area and able to commute onsite 3 days per week.
Tools/Software Experience (Preferred):
Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, Inflection.
Work Schedule
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
- Interviews: Multiple rounds including 1:1 and panel interviews
- Team: Work closely with two other marketers cross-functional partners
