Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst – Oracle Fusion with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of driving successful ERP implementations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AHCS).
• Lead and support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Support integrations and cloud-based ERP processes.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.

Required Skills & Experience (Must Have):

• 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Analyst (GL, AHCS).
• 10 years of experience in Business Analysis / ERP implementation.
• Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of ERP Cloud modules: AP, AR, FA, CE.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Flows.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
• Background in integration tools and ERP integration practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
