We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Analyst – Oracle Fusion with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of driving successful ERP implementations and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AHCS).
- Lead and support ERP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Support integrations and cloud-based ERP processes.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have):
- 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Hands-on experience as an ERP Functional Analyst (GL, AHCS).
- 10 years of experience in Business Analysis / ERP implementation.
- Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP Cloud modules: AP, AR, FA, CE.
- Strong understanding of Business Process Flows.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Background in integration tools and ERP integration practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
