Key Tasks (Major duties and responsibilities of the position).

·        As the Oracle EBS Functional Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Working closely with the Oracle EBS Technical Architect and the Implementation and Sustainment teams to correctly implement and support the Oracle EBS solution

·        Managing functional resources including Product Owner Analysts/Business Analysts

·        Managing the resources that support Line of Accounting changes

·        Providing input to documentation and training, including working with the Change Management & Stakeholder engagement team

Required Skills         

Proven experience:

·        Functional Lead for Oracle EBS R12

·        Working in a Federal environment

Desired Skills (Pluses):

Proven experience with:

·        Oracle EBS Modules - Treasury, Cash, Project Management, CLM, Procurement, Procurement Contracts, iSupplier

·        Oracle APEX

·        Employing an Agile approach in a COTS environment

Required Education / Certifications

·        Bachelor's Degree

·        Oracle Certified Professional in R12 for General Ledger and/or other modules

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 160,000 to 215,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
