What You'll Do
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified patient leads, and enhance the patient experience.
Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate the development of marketing materials, including digital and print assets.
- Help maintain website content to ensure information is current, accurate, and engaging.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage day-to-day social media scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms.
- Create and coordinate engaging content, including educational posts, patient testimonials, promotional campaigns, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels and coordinate timely responses to patient inquiries.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of the Aria Cosmetic Surgery brand across all marketing materials.
- Monitor online reviews and support reputation management initiatives.
- Help maintain a positive online presence for the practice.
Lead Generation & Analytics
- Track marketing leads from phone calls, website forms, social media, and other sources.
- Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and patient acquisition.
Compliance
- Ensure marketing materials comply with HIPAA requirements and applicable healthcare advertising regulations.
- Maintain documentation for patient photo and testimonial consents.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, medical, or consumer services preferred.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content creation, basic graphic design, photography, or video editing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools is preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Physical Requirements
- Primarily in-office position during standard business hours.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for special events or campaigns.
- Frequent computer use and prolonged sitting.
