Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create compelling visual and written content using media editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure brand consistency and creativity.
• Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions promptly.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize findings to refine marketing strategies.
• Implement targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns and optimize digital marketing efforts through keyword research, SEO techniques, and Google Analytics analysis.
• Monitor social media analytics and media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness; prepare detailed reports on digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners through effective relationship management and public relations initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Proficiency with media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software for multimedia content production.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, analytics tools (Google Analytics), and social listening techniques.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics, and marketing online analytics to enhance content visibility.
• Ability to craft engaging copy for diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice; excellent proofreading skills are essential.
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms; familiarity with media performance analytics is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for relationship management within digital communities; proactive in social media communication strategies.
