The Mission
They say the devil is in the details, but we believe that’s where the quality lives. As our Interiors Superintendent, you are the final gatekeeper of the "guest experience." You will orchestrate the complex dance of framing, drywall, custom millwork, and stone finishes, ensuring that the transition from a shell to a luxury hospitality venue is seamless, on schedule, and breathtaking.
How You’ll Lead
The Master Sequencer: You don’t just schedule trades; you coordinate the choreography of flooring, ceilings, and finishes to ensure no one is stepping on toes or creating rework.
Proactive Conflict Resolution: You’ll review millwork shop drawings and finish plans early to spot and solve conflicts with MEP systems before they reach the field.
Quality Obsessed: From the first stud to the final coat of paint, you’ll design the checklists and SOPs that define what "done right" looks like.
The Punch List Pro: You take pride in a clean turnover, managing the punch list and warranty work with a sense of urgency and precision.
Safety & Integrity: You lead by example, maintaining a secure site through OSHA compliance and weekly safety huddles that keep your team sharp and protected.
A Day in the Life
Morning: Walk the floor with the framing and drywall subs to verify progress against your "look-ahead" schedule and check that the millwork delivery meets our quality standards.
Afternoon: Sit down with the Project Manager to review vendor invoices and production reports, then head back to the field to troubleshoot a finish detail with the stone mason.
Wrap-up: Update your 3-week look-ahead, ensuring that turnover milestones are on track and the site is prepped for tomorrow's inspections.
What You Bring to the Table
We are looking for a leader with an "eye for the finish" and the grit to manage a fast-paced site.
The Track Record: Minimum 7 years as a Superintendent specifically focused on interior up-fits.
Hospitality Pedigree: Experience navigating the complexities of high-end, new-build hospitality projects.
The "Fine Print" Expert: Extensive hands-on experience with custom millwork, high-end stone, and wood flooring. You know what luxury looks like.
The Communicator: You can build rapport with everyone from the Project Owner to the local building inspector.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office to keep production reports and time cards accurate and organized.
