Component Assembly Technician

Location: Ixonia, WI 53036

• Do you enjoy hands-on work and seeing a product come together piece by piece?
• Can you follow blueprints and technical documents with care and accuracy?
• Are you the teammate who keeps a tidy bench, communicates early, and hits deadlines?

• Build components and complete assemblies exactly to provided specifications and blueprints.
• Verify quality at each step so finished products meet company standards.
• Keep your workspace organized to support safety and throughput.
• Work with peers and leads to reach production goals on time.
• Notify supervisors immediately about defects, shortages, or process issues.
• Participate in training to strengthen your assembly skills and process knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Comfort reading and applying technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Solid hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Team-first mindset with strong communication.
• Openness to learning new methods, tools, and technologies.
