Throughout the day, you’ll inspect your work, keep your bench spotless, sync with teammates to hit production targets, and flag any issues early so the line keeps moving smoothly. Training is built into the rhythm of our work—each week you’ll sharpen skills and learn new assembly techniques.
What You’ll Do- Assemble parts and subassemblies strictly following documented specifications and blueprints.
- Perform in-process and final checks to confirm products meet our quality standards.
- Maintain an orderly, safe workstation to support efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with peers and leads to achieve daily and weekly production goals and deadlines.
- Escalate discrepancies, defects, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Join ongoing training to expand your understanding of tools, methods, and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in assembly or manufacturing is helpful.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and blueprints.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong quality mindset.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
- Collaborative approach and reliability in a team setting.
- Curiosity and adaptability to master new processes and technologies.
