Your impact
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes to form parts per drawings and work instructions.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical prints to determine sequence, tooling, and bend allowances.
  • Perform first-article and final inspections; verify dimensions, angles, and finishes against standards.
  • Diagnose issues, make machine adjustments, and perform basic preventive maintenance.
  • Share best practices and collaborate to streamline changeovers and increase throughput.
  • Comply with all safety requirements and maintain an orderly, clean workstation.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with CNC press brake operations.
  • Comfortable reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Competent with precision measurement tools and shop math.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a quality-first mindset.
  • Team-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
