The missionExecute repeatable, high‑accuracy fabrication and finishing processes that transform sheet metal into reliable parts—every time.
How you’ll contribute- Translate simple sketches and routings into precise fabrication steps.
- Set up and operate manual rolls, expanders, and planishers to form parts to spec.
- Use sandblasters, rolls, and hand grinders to prep and finish surfaces.
- Own deburring for most of your shift to ensure safe, clean, spec‑compliant edges.
- Validate results using tape measures, verniers, and Pi tapes; document acceptance before moving forward.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 3 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and working within standardized procedures.
