- Program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes to form parts per drawings and work instructions.
- Interpret blueprints and technical prints to determine sequence, tooling, and bend allowances.
- Perform first-article and final inspections; verify dimensions, angles, and finishes against standards.
- Diagnose issues, make machine adjustments, and perform basic preventive maintenance.
- Share best practices and collaborate to streamline changeovers and increase throughput.
- Comply with all safety requirements and maintain an orderly, clean workstation.
- Demonstrated experience with CNC press brake operations.
- Comfortable reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Competent with precision measurement tools and shop math.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a quality-first mindset.
- Team-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Working knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
