What you’ll do- Design and roll out practical quality procedures that scale with the business.
- Schedule and perform audits and on-line inspections to verify standards are met.
- Mine quality metrics to detect trends early and target improvements that matter.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to contain issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Produce concise, insight-driven reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Create and deliver training that equips teams to own quality in their workflows.
- Keep our approach current by tracking and applying evolving quality engineering practices.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
- 3 years of hands-on quality engineering experience.
- Working knowledge of core QC methodologies and systems.
- Analytical problem-solver comfortable with statistical techniques.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Collaborative teammate who builds trust across functions.
- Quality Inspection proficiency
- 5 Why for root cause analysis
- Quality Control planning and execution
- ISO 9001 experience
- Advanced inspection and gauge measurement (including studies like Gage R&R)
- Quality control data analysis and reporting
- PPAP process experience
- Blueprint reading and interpretation
