We are talking average deal sizes of $500K, plenty over a million, an entrepreneurial culture where reps run their territories like a business, and a six-month ramp guarantee of $100,000 while you build your book.
The model is relationship selling, not cold call volume. You become the go-to equipment consultant for your accounts, and most of the business is repeat. This company gives you the freedom, the brand equity, and the tools. You bring the hustle and the hunger.
What they are looking for: B2B equipment or industrial sales experience, solid tenure, mechanical aptitude or a farm/service background, and the self-starter mentality to own a territory without needing someone to hold your hand.
$75K base, $100K guaranteed for six months, uncapped commission above that.
