What you’ll do
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee buyout, contract negotiations, and cost control strategies
- Maintain accurate project financials, forecasting, and reporting
- Drive schedule development, critical path tracking, and recovery planning
- Partner closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and execution
- Lead client, subcontractor, and coordination meetings
- Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and project closeout
What you bring
- 7 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong experience managing projects from start to finish
- Background in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling
- Experience with subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contracts
- Strong leadership and communication skills across field and office teams
- Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
