What you’ll do

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Oversee buyout, contract negotiations, and cost control strategies
• Maintain accurate project financials, forecasting, and reporting
• Drive schedule development, critical path tracking, and recovery planning
• Partner closely with field teams to ensure quality, safety, and execution
• Lead client, subcontractor, and coordination meetings
• Manage change orders, risk mitigation, and project closeout

What you bring

• 7 years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong experience managing projects from start to finish
• Background in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling
• Experience with subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and contracts
• Strong leadership and communication skills across field and office teams
• Ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
